Laser Pipe Cutter Chuck Manual Laser Main Chuck for Laser Pipe Cutting Machine
The product is specially designed for laser pipe cutter. The product itself can be used as an independent spindle with manual chuck in the middle. After the base of the product is fixed, the rotary fuction can be realized only by connecting the matched motor with the gear. Manual control of two groups of claws can clamp the workpiece tightly and drive the workpiece to rotate.
Because of the length of the parts processed by the cutter, the main chuck used as the head position of laser cutting and the tail chuck matched with it are usually installed in pairs on the equipment. The product is a four-claw dual-power two-two-center structure, which can clamp the circular, square, rectangular, elliptical and other centrally axisymmetric parts.
The center of the product is of hollow structure. It is recommended to be installed on the tubesheet integrated machine.
